Cancellation & Refund Policy

THE GREAT GIFT WALA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

• THE GREAT GIFT WALA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, the same must be reported to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue at their end. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the products.

• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, it must be brought to the notice of our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

• For complaints related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly.

• In case of any refunds approved by THE GREAT GIFT WALA, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
